Whether a treatment is available to you also depends on clinician licensure and the fulfillment partner. Service areas are based on partner-provided licensing and availability information and may change. The applicable fulfillment partner must confirm availability in your state before fulfillment.
About compounded medications
Compounded medications are prepared for an individual patient based on a clinician’s prescription. Compounded drugs are not FDA approved, and the FDA does not review them for safety, effectiveness, or quality before they are marketed.
Questions about fulfillment?
You may ask your clinician about using another pharmacy. The pharmacy must be able to fill the prescription and dispense it in your state. Contact us at support@bloome.health if you need information about the partner handling your fulfillment.
